Heritage Senior Center
The Heritage Senior Center is located at 103 North Main. The Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. To contact the Heritage Center call (620) 564-3649.
To schedule transportation by the bus service, call (620) 564-3649. The charge is $1.00 per board and $10.00 for a round trip to Great Bend. Reservations to use the bus service must be made the day before.
The Heritage Senior Center provides friendship meals Monday through Friday at 11:45 a.m. except for the second and fourth Mondays when a potluck luncheon is provided. The suggested cost for a meal is $3.50. The meals for 59 years old and younger are now $7.00.
Also the senior center operates the Meals for Wheels program and distributes meals in the community Monday through Friday. To sign up for this program, call (620) 564-3649.
Activities
- Free coffee every Wednesday 9:00-10:30 a.m.
- Card parties on the first and third Sunday of the month beginning at 6:00 p.m. A finger food supper is provided.
- The Heritage Center can be rented on the weekends for a fee of $10.00 per hour.
